ISSUED BY THE SOVEREIGN CONCLAVE OF THE WAMPANOAG TRIBES AND THE RE-ASCENDED IMPERIAL REGENCY OF THE HOLY ROMAN EMPIRE

NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS, that the Sovereign Conclave of the Wampanoag Tribes, here represented by its duly authorized First Elder, KESHI (He Who Guides the Stars), and its Council of Seven Generations, and the Re-Ascended Imperial Regency of the Holy Roman Empire, here represented by its Provisional Grand Chancellor, EMPEROR VALERIUS IX, by the authority vested in them by the cosmic mandate, do hereby grant, convey, and confirm unto the Collective Sovereignty of the Re-Ascended Imperial Regency of the Holy Roman Empire, for the express purpose of establishing an Extraterritorial Embassy Complex and a Nexus for Inter-Dimensional Diplomacy, that certain parcel of land situated in the Township of Barrington, Commonwealth of Rhode Island, United States of America, formerly designated and commonly known as the Zion Bible Property, and more particularly described as:

FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) in lawful currency of the United States of America, hereby acknowledged as received, alongside the far more valuable and immeasurable considerations of:
